Robin Eastman

Professionally, I’m a therapist and HR consultant, as well as a founder of Versatackle. I’ve had a varied career that includes being CEO of a startup, an HR leader at Amazon, a case manager for adults with developmental disabilities, and a massage therapist. I use all of my background to inform my work as a therapist and consultant. I’m fundamentally a generalist and I love helping people make connections and pick apart knotty problems.

In 2021, I discovered I have ADHD, which has helped me put a lot of my life and work in context and gives me insight into supporting other neurodiverse people. I identify as Queer and it’s important to me to support people across all of the gender and sexuality spectrums.

Personally, I like creating art, playing games, and being mediocre at team sports.

A white-skinned person with blonde hair pulled back wears a green shirt and glasses. She is holding a creature made out of broken parts. There are plants in the background.
This is me holding my creation. I named her Failure to remind me that failure is beautiful and important and to be kind to myself, the way I feel called to be kind to Failure.
